This is a full-time on-site role for a Bicycle Mechanic located in Dubuque, IA. The Bicycle Mechanic will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on bicycles. Day-to-day tasks may include diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, replacing parts, tuning and adjusting gears and brakes, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standard. The role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Bicycle Repair and Bike Repair skills
- Experience with Bikes and Bicycle maintenance
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
