What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Big Bear Wine & Liquor?
Big Bear Wine & Liquor is looking for Guest Service/Cashier Employees to join our 40person strong team. We are located AT 2 DIFFERENT locations 940 E Hailey Lane in Pueblo West and 2037 S. Pueblo Blvd on the South Side. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. This is a part time position with anywhere 15 to 25 hours a week. We can work around Schedules. MUST BE 18 Years Old. Must be willing to work Christmas Eve till 6pm and available New Year Eve.
Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.65/hour.
