Description
Tire Technicians support the success of the company by mounting and dismounting tires and wheels, performing tire balancing and rotations, oil changes, and flat tire repairs.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure an excellent guest experience
- Meet or exceed performance targets
- Provide a safe environment for team members and guests

- Communicate effectively and comply with all policies and procedures
Requirements
Tire Technician must:
- Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical.
- Understand and follow company strategies and policies including the use of safety glasses.
- Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending and turning.
- Be able to endure long periods of standing.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner and helps create a positive work environment.
