As a Plumber Helper, you will assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Help with the preparation and organization of job sites, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve plumbing issues.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
- Learn and adhere to plumbing codes and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Previous experience in plumbing or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
