Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
- Maintain product knowledge on all vehicles in inventory
- Use social media and other digital platforms to generate leads and engage with customers
- Follow up with leads and past customers to create repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Complete all paperwork and documentation with accuracy and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms to build your brand and promote inventory
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus – but we’ll train the right person

- 8 hour shift

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
