Big Country Powersports is currently looking to hire a Sales Associate to sell ATV and UTV and other Outdoor Power Equipment.

We offer a 5-day work week (Tuesday thru Saturday), no late evenings.

Position Summary:

An experienced level role in the sales function for the organization

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Take customers through the entire selling process
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Provide solutions to meet customers’ needs and expectations
• Handle customer leads quickly and professionally
• Handle phone calls (incoming and outgoing)
• Review units with customers after purchase
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Rearrange and remerchandise units in showroom
• Bring units outside in the mornings and inside before closing
• Wipe down units on sales floor
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Adhere to company work safety policies
• Employee will help in keeping presentable dealership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Strong personal, communication, and customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task daily operations
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• Ability to compare written sales proposals
• Strong computer skills
• Maintain workspace in an orderly manner
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time
• Frequent pushing of up to 50lbs
• Frequent telephone and computer usage
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Work Environment:

• Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity
• Frequent working with and around others
• Noise level is medium to high
