Account Auditor

Job Summary:

Big Dog Solar is seeking a highly detailed Account Auditor. The ideal candidate is proactive, detailed, obsessed with accuracy, and has great written and verbal communication skills. This candidate is someone that is organized and thrives on routine. This role focuses mainly on keeping accurate, up to date accounts and records, and coordinating with customers, contractors, and other employees to ensure smooth operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Account Review and Investigation: Regularly read and investigate customer accounts to identify any issues, ensuring they are accurate and current.
• Problem-Solving: Detect and address potential problems within accounts by developing effective solutions.
• Daily Project Management: Help oversee installation projects making sure necessary written information is communicated to installation crews, office personnel, and customers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, up-to-date notes in team chats, project notes, and emails.
• Equipment Management: Manage and dispatch rental equipment as needed..
• General Support: Perform other tasks that contribute to the team and company’s success.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential, especially over the phone and through writing.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.
• Writing Proficiency: Strong, professional, and detail-oriented writing ability.
• Organization & Multitasking: Capable of staying organized and managing multiple tasks at once.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in managing accounts and documentation.
• Versatile: Able to track several moving pieces while still maintaining a consistent routine.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and find solutions to issues independently.
• Discretion: Handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time position

Schedule: Day Shift(8am-5pm) Mon-Fri

Work Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Pay: From $17/hr DOE
