Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative tasks is essential.
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail for managing documentation accurately.
- Excellent calendar management skills to efficiently schedule appointments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
