Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret medical conversations accurately and confidentially between healthcare providers and Mandarin-speaking patients in real-time.
• Ensure cultural nuances and context are considered to provide accurate interpretation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Support healthcare teams in understanding and addressing cultural differences during patient interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance interpretation skills.
