What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanic position at BIG O TIRES - HILLVIEW?
- Must have own tools
- Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees
- Keep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attention
- Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- Maintain a clean environment, tools and equipment
- ASE Certification, recommended but not required
- Perform alignments
- Work 5 days a week: one of those days is Saturday til 3:00 pm , off Sundays
- 40 hours per week, possible overtime available
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to consistently operate office productivity machinery
- Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to meet company requirements: need a drivers license
- Perform undercar repairs
- Diagnostics
- Will train in certain areas
