The role of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist in the management and direct the operation of a Big O Tires retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. The store assistant manager is responsible for assisting with hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff who exemplify quality service, in all aspects, to our customers.
