About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of your location. From leading your team to ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand promise, you’ll be responsible for driving both performance and culture. This role is not just about fixing problems—it’s about building systems, coaching people, and creating an environment where excellence is the standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor service staff. Set clear expectations, provide hands-on coaching, and celebrate wins to build a high-performing culture.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure daily service operations run smoothly, from scheduling and workflow management to compliance with safety and company standards.
- Customer Experience: Model and enforce best-in-class service standards. Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Performance Management: Track KPIs (service times, customer satisfaction, sales add-ons, etc.), identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaboration: Partner with the District Manager and other store leaders to align on goals, share best practices, and execute district-wide initiatives.
- Accountability: Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, coaching sessions, and operational reviews. Ensure corrective actions are followed through.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in service, retail, or operations management.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills—able to inspire frontline staff and present confidently to executives.
- Technical knowledge of [industry-specific service area, e.g., automotive, mechanical, or facilities] preferred.
