Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant & Personal Coordinator located in Queen Creek, Arizona.
The role involves providing executive administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing expense reports, managing travel schedules, calendars and handling various communication tasks. Additionally, the role entails general administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We are a family business, which means the role often times might be helping at our home, ordering groceries or other house manager type responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and general Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
