What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Big Sky Senior Living on Waterford Way?
- Complete and follow up on work orders
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Environmental Services Director
- Complete custodial tasks including but not limited to snow removal, garbage removal, etc.
- Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and function of the community including the exterior of the building.
- Participate in training any team members on the department specifics.
- Fills-in for housekeeping team as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Free of non-treated communicable disease
Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
Holds current drivers license
Physical Demands:
Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs
Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs
Ability to continuously walk or stand
Universal Precautions:
Potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids
Potential exposure to communicable diseases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
