We are one of the largest short-term vacation rental property management companies in Big Sky, MT. Our primary business is focused on property management and marketing services for homeowners and investors, and hospitality services for guests. The business is poised for growth and expansion in Big Sky. This business is privately held and operates with a family first philosophy.
What you'll do
As the Business Development Manager for Big Sky vacation rentals, you will have the responsibility for overall management of the company's business development and owner acquisition program to include sourcing and qualifying prospective properties and owners, negotiating management contracts, and influencing the growth strategy of the business over the years to come. Reporting directly to the General Manager with significant interaction with the COO, you will be a core part of the management team and work in close coordination with marketing and property management. With success in this role, there will be significant opportunity for professional growth as the company expands.
As the Business Development Manager you will:
- Lead Business Development and Owner acquisition, including all aspects of unit onboarding
- Be an energetic, people-oriented team player
- Create, implement, and consistently improve the business development and property acquisition strategy with collaboration and support from the General Manager and COO
- Manage owner marketing strategy and pipeline
- Assist in creation and implementation of owner satisfaction and retention strategies
- Participate in efforts to ensure that the business is participatory in supporting the local community through sponsorships, and other forms of community involvement.
What you'll bring with you
- 10 years of experience in hospitality or real estate in a business development/sales role. Direct experience and knowledge of the Big Sky market is preferred

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Based in Big Sky, MT
- Fluency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
