We are one of the largest short-term vacation rental property management companies in Big Sky, MT. Our primary business is focused on property management and marketing services for homeowners and investors, and hospitality services for guests. The business is poised for growth and expansion in Big Sky. This business is privately held and operates with a family-first philosophy.
What you'll do:
The Reservation Sales Agent's primary responsibilities are to collaborate with our Reservation Sales Manager to maximize rates and occupancy based on current, ongoing company performance data thereby increasing revenue for the company overall; To actively assist guests in selecting and booking the perfect vacation rental properties.
As the Reservation Sales Agent you will:

Greet, interact, and direct guests, and homeowners to the best accommodation for their request; -
Answer all incoming calls, emails, inquiries via our channels, etc. ; -
Acknowledge guest loyalty and patronage; -
Communicate with guests by phone, SMS, and/or email, while treating each person with friendliness, respect, and professionalism. -
Handle all sales leads using the established "Lead Management Procedures," Big Sky Vacation Rentals Sales Process, and utilize Track Role to increase overall sales; -
Able to build strong relationships with guests while pursuing the sale; -
Offer ancillary revenue generators such as Travel Insurance; -
Process payments and work to collect needed information on reservations without payments or declined payments and the like; -
Offer to save reservations when guests call to cancel a reservation; -
Assist guests with their reservation concerns and accurately state and know all company policies as they relate to reservations; -
Assist Guest Services in reaching out to guests for relocation options if the home booked does not become available; -
Monitor guest rental agreements to ensure they are completed in a timely manner; -
Become knowledgeable on ski access for all properties, specifics, and uniqueness of each property; -
Assist guests with their inquiries or concerns before, during, or after stays; -
Provide suggestions or local recommendations the guests would reach about in relation to their vacation; -
Able to research information online if the information is not readily available; -
Able to assist in de-escalating guests by providing the best resolution while on a call; -
The employee exercises discretion and independent decision-making during each sales call -
All other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned. -
Ensure all KPIs are met and willing to be coached for growth and development -
Utilize all available technology to ensure efficiency and increase revenue -
Communicate with clients and guests on all levels as requested; Guest service, check-ins, concierge work, problem-solving, etc. -

Requirements:
Remote in the US
Authorized to work in the US
Willing to Travel to Big Sky, MT at least once a year for familiarization trips
Fluency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Knowledge of Big Sky and the hospitality industry a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16 - 18/hour Commission potential
