We’re a new, fast-growing drive-thru coffee concept that’s open, busy, and building momentum — and we’re looking for a strong operator to join our leadership team.
Big Top Brew is built on great drinks, genuine hospitality, and Midwest Nice. We’ve launched successfully, demand is strong, and we’re laying the groundwork for future growth beyond our first location.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, lead confidently on the floor, and help us build systems, people, and culture the right way.
The Role
Depending on experience, this position may be hired as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, drive-thru environment. You’ll be actively involved in daily operations, not sitting behind a desk.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations and running smooth, efficient shifts
- Opening and/or closing the stand
- Coaching and supporting baristas to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service
- Upholding drink quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Using checklists and systems to ensure consistency
- Assisting with training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Communicating clearly with ownership and helping solve problems as they arise

- Prior leadership experience in coffee, QSR, hospitality, or retail
- Someone who can step in confidently and take ownership of a shift
- Strong communicator who leads by example
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
