Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the worksite remains clean, organized, and safe.
Install and maintain plumbing systems with precision and adherence to code.
Train and mentor apprentices and laborers to build a cohesive, effective team.
Collaborate with project Foremen or Supervisors to meet productivity goals.
Anticipate and review materials needed for each job to maintain efficiency.
Uphold excellent customer service and foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications :

Licensure : Valid state Journeyman Plumber License.

Experience : 3 years as a Journeyman preferred but not required.

Driving Record : Valid driver's license with an acceptable history.

Skills : Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Project Experience : Familiarity with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and tenant improvement (TI) projects.

Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, reliable, customer-focused, and committed to high standards of integrity.
