Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing). State Farm experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated to be able to meet monthly sales quotas
- Detail oriented
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- TX Property and Casualty license
- TX Life and Health license
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
- Must be available to work the following schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Must have reliable transportation

Salary : $42,000 - $60,000
