Bill Jacobs BMW Service Advisor Requirements:

• 2 years of previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• CDK proficiency preferred
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Ability to multi-task and follow up skills
• Expertise at building rapport and developing relationships
• Strong desire to engage with the customer and ensure they have a positive experience
• Professional personal appearance
• Luxury experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,446.00 - $100,305.00 per year
