Building based substitute teacher positions are available at the Ditson Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year. These are part-time positions (2-3 days per week). The building substitute rate of pay is $100.00 per day. These positions do not include employee benefits.
A building based substitute teacher is responsible for implementing lesson plans and maintaining a productive and safe classroom environment.
Substitutes Teachers for the Elementary Schools are preferred to possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Substitutes with two (2) years of college majoring in Education and a recommendation from the building principal can also be utilized.
