What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Project Coordinator position at Bills Fence Company, Inc.?
Bill's Fence Company has an opening for an applicant as the primary Commercial Project Coordinator in a fast paced construction office. This is an Intermediate level position for a very serious applicant that will receive any training necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing contracts for multiple locations
- Ordering materials utilizing QuickBooks to ensure projects are staged and ready for installation
- Coordinate with the general manager and Estimating team for all information needed to process a customer’s file
- Answering phones and scheduling residential and small commercial appointments for the sales team in multiple locations
Requirements include:
- Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to assist with company growth
- Exceptional phone skills
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks Online preferred
- Experience in a construction setting preferred
