About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate Service Advisor to join our crew of car enthusiasts! If you love working in a laid-back yet efficient environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, write repair orders, answer phones, schedule appointments, create estimates, collect payments, and handle extended warranty claims.
Requirements:
- Excellent people skills and a great attitude
- Experience with BMW, MINI or Mercedes-Benz
- Problem solving skills
- Valid driver's license
