🚀 The Role: Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist
As a Certified Orthotist/Prosthetist, you’ll evaluate patients, design and fit custom orthotic and prosthetic devices, and ensure each one meets their functional and therapeutic needs. You’ll work hands-on with patients, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and provide ongoing adjustments and support to help patients regain mobility and independence.

🔍 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree, or Masters Certificate in Orthotics and certification by the American Board for Certification (ABC) as an Orthotist or Certification in Orthotics from the Board of Certification (BOC)
- Excellent communicator (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Passion for customer service—you love helping people
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Evaluate Patients: Get to know each patient’s needs and goals to provide custom orthotic or prosthetic solutions
- Hands-On Care: Cast, scan, fit, and adjust devices to ensure maximum comfort and function—because a good fit changes lives
- Educate & Empower: Teach patients how to use and care for their devices with confidence
- Make any necessary adjustments post-delivery to keep devices functioning their best
- Complete chart notes and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and clinical/technical staff to create the best outcomes
- Provide care in a variety of settings—home visits, hospitals, nursing homes, and more
