Binson's Medical Equipment & Supplies in Detroit, MI (Ascension) is looking for a Hospital Liaison to join our growing team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- OutstandCustomer Service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Answer all calls regarding equipment, pricing, insurance, etc.
- Process patient personal information for insurance orders
- Maintain open lines of communication between the hospital and Binson's
- Deliver customer orders throughout hospital/retail store and document in EMR system
- Obtain verbal or written form from physician to process order
- Any additional duties assigned
