As a Regional Supplier Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing supplier quality and compliance activities across the region. Your day involves collaborating with a team of Supplier Quality Engineers to drive performance at critical suppliers, ensuring raw materials and semi-finished goods meet quality and regulatory standards. You will act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on supplier-related quality issues, lead supplier qualification and onboarding efforts, and manage risk through programs like the Supplier Risk Assessment Program (SRAP). Continuous improvement is central to the role, with activities including reviewing defect trends, overseeing audits, and executing mitigation plans to reduce supply chain risk. The role also demands cross-functional engagement, clear communication, and strategic thinking to support manufacturing and operational goals.

Act as a Strategic Partner to Internal Stakeholders

  • As the voice of supplier quality in the region, the candidate aligns quality priorities with procurement, manufacturing, and global quality teams, influencing regional decision-making and supporting business goals.

Develop and Coach a Regional SQE Team

What You Bring:

Strong Educational Foundation

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management, with a preference for an advanced degree (MS), equips the candidate with technical and strategic knowledge.
