Position Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and energetic Quality Control Associate to join our Operations team. This position will be working in the Quality Control team with a focus to conduct stability studies testing and support all product testing activities from raw material to finish good product. Seeking a professional associate with the ability to learn new techniques quickly and be able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment, while adhering to established protocols and procedures. All activities will be in compliance to ISO 13485/GMP requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical/functional testing for in-process and finish goods on manufactured products
• Perform analytical/functional testing on incoming raw materials
• Perform stability product testing to support product dating
• Perform slide imagining and scanning for functional assay
• Review data and assess against established acceptance criteria
• Record, track, and maintain QC data in logs and spreadsheets
• Prepare QC reference standards, controls stocks, and cultures per established procedures
• Initial nonconformance/deviation as needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• A B.S./B.A. in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or related field with 1 years of laboratory bench top experiences
• Experience in molecular biology techniques, microscopy and imaging, and cell culture

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Detail oriented, organize, and efficient
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a Quality Control environment a plus
• Experience in ISO 13485 and GMP environment a plus
