Summary

The Sr. Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall increasing of sales with both existing and prospective customers. This position will focus largely on executing in / outbound calls, establishing strong relationships with new customers, achieving designated monthly sales metrics and supporting the customer service team.

Please note : Training will be in person. After demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of position, there is a hybrid option available.

of work

Overall responsibility to drive customer sales and to ensure an excellent customer service experience by executing the following :

Build rapport with customers through professional phone etiquette and delivery of service throughout the entire customer sales lifecycle.

• Proactively engage in customer education ensuring product and application is completely understood.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to proactively resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer interaction.
• Actively engaged in developing leads, proactively calling interested and prospective customers and driving opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
• Appropriate customer follow-up as needed to ensure customer service excellence.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales metrics.
