Position Summary:
Reliability Technician is a team member responsible for utilizing, maintaining and updating a predictive maintenance database program that relies on data compilation and analytical trending using vibration analysis.
Hours:
Base work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm with overtime as needed for business necessity. Evenings and weekends may be necessary due to business needs. Will carry pager about one weekend per month.

Position Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in industrial technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
- Level II category 1 Vibration Analysis certificate of other non-destructive testing related coursework or experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with CMMS database system strongly preferred.
- Experience in food grade or pharmaceutical grade industrial facility strongly preferred.
- Strong mathematical, creative problem solving and technical reasoning skills required.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Motivation to learn and develop into lead roles
General Job Duties:
- Review and monitor rotating equipment as outlined in a Condition Monitoring Based Program.
- Provide remote trouble shooting support to field technicians to resolve mechanical and sometimes electrical error.
- Determine vibration point locations and develop data collection routes for new and existing equipment.
- Collaborates with operations for routine scheduling and maintenance personnel to repair identified equipment deficiencies.
- Able to identify key performance indicators through vibration data analysis and recommend further action for remedy including future maintenance cycles
- Report equipment deficiencies utilizing CMMS
- Make constructive and creative suggestions for improvements and cost savings.
Quality Requirements:
Minimal facial hair, minimal makeup, no jewelry, false fingernails, nail polish, hair extensions, wigs, toupees, cologne or perfume. Long hair must be tied up for safety reasons. Facility is a non-smoking, non-tobacco facility.
