This agent will lease apartments and townhomes in Ross Township, North Side, Bellevue, and Moon.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to lease market-rate and Section 8 housing (scattered-site)
- Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
- Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
- Process rental applications quickly and accurately
- Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process; verify all move-ins are fully completed and inspected.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
- Monitor listing postings and advertisements
- Assist property manager with tenant care and tenant retention
- Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Relevant Metrics
- Timely rental application process
- Achieve move-in and occupancy targets
Education & Experience
- General knowledge of core concepts and principles of residential leasing
- 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred)
- High school diploma
