Core Responsibilities*
*
Assist with routine maintenance to include, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC
*
Assist with keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
*
Assist with unit turnovers and make ready a vacant unit with a timely manner
*
Assist with preventative maintenance duties and tasks to help prevent future maintenance problems
*
Perform emergency on-call services for after hours maintenance related issues
*
Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
*
Objectives and Key Results*

Deliver a world-class customer service experience to each and every tenant despite gender, race, age, or sexual orientation while completing work orders

Complete all work orders to the highest standard and in a timely manner

Must be eligible to work in the united states
*
Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation
*
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
*
Must be able to safely utilize power tools
*
Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Working understanding of maintenance related fields
