POSITION SUMMARY: Develops materials and coordinates with internal and external vendors to deliver messages to the public and the media regarding Birkeys Farm Store, Inc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate design, printing, and mailing of content for both print and Web.
- Coordinate corporate print advertising.
- Assist stores in creating ads, flyers and other promotional/marketing materials.
- Assist in updating company website & social media with current marketing information and news of the company.
- Coordinates the employee apparel program.
- Oversees ordering & sorting of promotional items for the stores.
- Help market online stores and internet sales.
- Photographer for company events and calendar photos.
- Handle the filing of co-op claims.
- Maintain the weekly email newsletters.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff.
- Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Promote a positive attitude at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exhibit Birkeys high level of customer service on a daily basis.
- Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customer.

Education/Experience:
Individual should have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Should be able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision and be able to understand and carryout oral and written directions. Must have the ability to maintain high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest level of customer satisfaction.
The individual should have a steady work record and must be able to perform each of the essential position functions.
