Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Montrose Health Center for the day shift (6a-6p). The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with care plans and facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and regulations

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to physicians

• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other staff to provide comprehensive resident care

• Participate in care planning, assessments, and discharge planning

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice

• CPR/BLS certification

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
