About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Strategic Growth & Sales
- Develop and execute a localized marketing plan to hit budgeted growth targets.
- Build and maintain high-level referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and clinic directors.
- Represent the agency as a brand ambassador at local community and networking events.
📊 Financial & Operational Oversight
- Full P&L responsibility: Monitor "Weekly Vitals," KPIs, and financial statements.
- Manage operational costs, including A/R, client billing, and payroll (overtime) optimization.
- Ensure 100% compliance with state (AHCA) and federal regulations.
👥 Leadership & Culture
- Manage a team of administrative office staff and a large pool of caregivers.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—hiring, onboarding, and retention.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 3-5 years of leadership in Home Care, Assisted Living, or a high-volume Healthcare setting.
- The "Sales" Edge: Proven track record of building professional referral networks (Clinics, Hospitals, SNFs).
- Technical Savvy: Experience with scheduling/CRM software (e.g., WellSky/ClearCare) and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, calm under pressure, and a passion for serving the vulnerable population.
Why Apply?
- Autonomy: Manage your office like it’s your own business with the support of a global brand.
- Growth: Opportunity to mentor a "bench" of future leaders and potentially oversee multiple locations.
- Impact: Lead a team that makes a tangible difference in the lives of seniors every single day.
