Minimum Educational Requirements:
Associates Degree necessary; Bachelor's Degree highly desirable
Mandatory Skill Set:
- Background in legal practices
- Expertise in analytical support, including process facilitation, training delivery, methods for evaluation and advancement, business management strategies, and fostering organizational growth. Capable of contributing to the refinement and progress of [client] procedural enhancements and innovation initiatives.
Principal Duties:
- Formulation of contemporary business strategies, pinpointing exemplary procedures, and the generation and scrutiny of effectiveness metrics.
Desirable Expertise:
Proficiency with FOIAXpress or SecureRelease preferred; familiarity with E-discovery tools such as Relativity is a plus, and candidates with a legal qualification will be considered more favorably.
Routine Tasks:
- Conducting analyses pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Reporting Obligations:
- Creation and submission of a weekly report detailing performance metrics.
