BJC HealthCare System is now hiring a Full-Time Lab Associate II – Phlebotomy for BJC Medical Group at Progress West – Specialist (BJCMG) Outpatient Office – Suite 206 located in O’Fallon, MO
$1000 sign-on to eligible candidates!!!
Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Day Shift Hours: Monday– Thursday (7:45am - 4:15pm) & Friday (7:45am - 2:15pm)
- Early Friday Out: Enjoy a shorter workday on Fridays!!!
- NO Weekends or holidays!!!
- Performing venipunctures and urine collections
- Utilizing multiple Laboratory Information Systems - Epic system, Cerner system
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional phlebotomy experience
- Expertise in blood draws & specimen collection
- Excellent patient interaction and communication skills

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)

Perform specimen collection, specimen handling and clerical duties. Experienced in phlebotomy and proficient in performing additional tasks such as central processing duties, in-office phlebotomy, or inventory management.
