What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Manager-Apheresis, BJH position at BJC?
This is a leadership position where we are looking for a manager to help run the Apheresis department at Barnes Jewish Hospital. We will be looking for an experienced nurse, preferably with Apheresis experience and also leadership experience. The experience does not have to be in Apheresis though. This will be a full time day position where the candidate will be expected to flex there hours. Responsible for the operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit(s) on a 24 hour basis. Oversees a span of control and financial responsibility of > 40 FTEs supervised > $1.5 million in total expenses OR > 24 FTEs supervised > $3.5 million in total expenses.
