What are the responsibilities and job description for the Raw Bar Chef position at Bjs Steak and Rib House?
A fast casual restaurant looking for a hard working raw bar chef. The raw bar chef responsibilities would include but not be limited to: shucking oysters and clams, making sure your station is fully stocked and clean, and using induction burners to cook stews and other items.
As the raw bar chef you must be able to entertain customers while completing your tasks, stand for extended periods of time and work quickly in a small area.
The shift could be anywhere from 8-12 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
