Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meat Wraper to join our team at BJs Wholesale Club. As a Meat Wraper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive the freshest and highest-quality meats possible.
">Key Responsibilities

- Wrap and package meat products to company standards ">
- Ensure accurate labeling and dating of meat products ">
- Maintain all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department ">
- Ensure the meat case showcases all currently available products ">
- Rotate meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates ">
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department ">
- Inspect and store meat upon delivery ">
- Perform other duties as assigned, including placing orders and working in other departments as needed ">
Requirements

- Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required ">
- Previous meat cutting experience required ">
- Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred ">
- At least 18 years of age ">
