Job Title : Organizational Development Analyst Location : Washington, DC Clearance : Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance Position Overview : Kwaan Bear Technology seeks an experienced Organizational Development Analyst to lead and support process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing and enhancing organizational processes, performing in-depth research, and ensuring that data-driven decisions align with institutional goals. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and conceptualize process improvement projects across Department functions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current organizational processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and formulate responses to institutional data and statistics requests, addressing both internal and external queries.
  • Participate in the development, execution, and evaluation of integrated self-assessment programs to guide institutional planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects, including user experience studies for Department-managed software applications.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to integrate research insights into work processes and routines.
  • Communicate findings effectively to audiences with varying levels of research understanding, using data visualization for clarity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and policies.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in a relevant field, such as organizational communication, organizational design, program evaluation, human-computer interaction, or information systems; or a bachelors degree with equivalent experience in organizational research and improvement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and information.
  • Experience in process improvement and / or change management.
  • Skilled in implementing qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to multicultural and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of learning and open debate.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and action-oriented, with resilience under pressure.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Background working with government clients.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management software.
  • Experience in UX testing and user research on technology platforms.
  • Six Sigma certification.
