Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, especially during banquets and catering events.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent sales abilities to promote beverages and enhance guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Previous experience in catering or banquet services is an advantage.
