Senior DevOps Engineer

Position : Senior DevOps Engineer Job Description : Primarily responsible for maintenance and support of our Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) with a secondary focus on our Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). This role is responsible for the maintenance and overall health of the platforms while providing support for user-onboarding, troubleshooting, and capacity planning / management.Location Hybrid work from either of the below office locations is required with flexibility to have Mondays and Fridays remote :

• Secondary Location : Atlanta, GARelocation assistance available.Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceRequires 3 - 6 years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, and / or software developmentExperience maintaining Ansible Automation Platform 2.4 or higherExperience writing Ansible playbooks, roles, and / or collectionsProficiency in Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, etc.Experience supporting CI / CD processes utilizing tools like Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, etc.Experience with scripting and development languages such Python, Bash, Go, etc.Responsibilities Assist users with onboarding, writing, and executing code in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).Build, maintain and scale Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), its underlying infrastructure, and associated containers.Deploy and maintain tools for observability and application deployments to OCP (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, ADO, ArgoCD, etc.)Provide support and maintenance of our on premise Red Hat OpenShift Container Platforms (OCP)Assists with the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) processes and mentors teams to assist with improving processesAssists with defining and enforcing best practices for building and deploying applications to OCP.Diagnoses, isolates, and debugs application problems and performs problem resolution.Takes part in capacity planning and performance monitoring of the platforms.Provide platform support via a rotating on-call schedule.Research and vet emerging technologies to assist with automation and process improvement.Performs other duties as required.Compensation The base salary (exempt) or hourly rate (non-exempt) is just one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including potential bonus or commission eligibility, insurance (medical / dental / vision / life / disability), matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.EEO Statement ICE is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
