Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
- Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and prep work when required
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations throughout shifts
- Assist with catering events or banquet setups when necessary
- Follow proper procedures for food handling and safety protocols
- Ensure the kitchen area remains tidy, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, or catering operations is a plus
- Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is advantageous
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures related to kitchen environments and food safety regulations
- Prior culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
