EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Cleaning vacant apartments
Cleaning common areas
Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.
Time management a must
Delivering notices
Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
Follow direction as needed
Work as part of a great team
On-call every 4-5 weeks
Lawn care and shoveling (as a team)
Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Overtime as needed
Based on Experience Starting at $19/hr
