Member Service Representative (MSR)
Blackhawk Federal Credit Union is a closed membership credit union for Blackhawk Area School District employees and their immediate family members. We are looking for a part-time MSR to assist members and potential members with their financial needs, open new accounts, process account transactions, resolve problems, update information as required and to provide assistance and information regarding our products and services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer member inquiries and provide financial services in person and over the telephone.
- Perform member transactions as requested by phone, mail, email and over the counter including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
- Maintains member records, updating member information, opening of new accounts and certificates on the computer system.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
- Carry out assigned duties and responsibilities with minimal errors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous credit union/banking experiences a plus.
- Excellent and friendly member service skills.
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft office products.
- Math aptitude and communication skills required.
- Detail oriented
- Dependable
Work Environment:
- Office
Normal Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
