Blackmore Rowe Insurance, located in Swartz Creek, is a growing independent insurance agency representing many leading Michigan and national insurance carriers. We are seeking a driven Insurance Producer to join our team.
This role is ideal for a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for sales, relationship building, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, identifying insurance needs, presenting tailored coverage solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
Prior experience in an insurance agency or insurance company is preferred; however, candidates with a strong sales background and related professional experience will be considered. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
