Maintenance Trainee – Deerfield, MO
We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Trainee to join a food manufacturing environment in Deerfield, MO. This is a great opportunity to grow your maintenance skills while supporting a team that values safety, quality, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products meet Food Safety and Quality Standards
- Report any food safety concerns to your supervisor
- Inspect machinery before use; report issues prior to or during operation
- Verify correct product labeling and lot codes
- Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed
- Follow Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during cleaning or scraping
- Follow supervisor instructions on product runs and needed containers
- Assist with industrial maintenance tasks, including exposure to:
- PLC basics
- Pump repairs/installs
- Fabrication and welding
- PSM processes
- Motor repairs/installs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Must be able to perform industrial maintenance tasks, including but not limited to PLC, pump repairs/installs, fabrication, welding, PSM, motor repair/installs, electrical repairs.
Pay
💲 up to $22 per hour
