Job Description:

Blackstone’s HG-SIG Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week experience, offering Summer Analysts an experiential learning opportunity to improve technical and soft skills. In addition to their role responsibilities, HR-SIG Summer Analysts will participate in professional development programming, inclusive of innovations skills-based content and professional and peer networking. The rotation program will be supporting different teams within SIG, gaining exposure to various compensation functional areas and business priorities.

Blackstone’s Strategic Incentives Group is a fully integrated, global team which manages the global cycle of employee compensation and fund investments and the firm’s financial, compliance, operational and risk positioning of these incentives. The core focus of the group is to originate and execute the tactics and strategies to drive business performance.

Summer Analyst Responsibilities May Include:

Blackstone’s HR-SIG team expects Summer Analysts to be engaged in all aspects of the group’s work. This may include the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with compensation-related processes such as benchmarking, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount analytics.
  • Own and complete a defined project or final presentation, summarizing key learnings, contributions, and recommendations from all rotations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements across SIG workflows.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects driven by business, Finance and leadership requests.

Qualifications:

The HR-SIG program seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven environment, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: December 2026 – May 2027
  • Resume must include major, expected graduation month/year and GPA

Expected annual base salary range:

$70,000 - $70,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
