We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized individual to join our Pick Pack Ship Department. The ideal candidate will pay great attention to detail and has experience working in a warehouse setting with a fast paced environment.

SUMMARY:

The Picking, Packing and Shipping Associate is responsible for picking, packing and shipping dealer and retail orders in a timely manner while working across multiple software programs to ensure the lowest possible cost for the customer as well as precise order accuracy. The pick pack ship associate will work closely with the Inventory Team and Customer Experience Department so being a strong communicator with a positive attitude is a huge plus! All Blade-Tech employees will adhere to all company and department guidelines and will interact with coworkers in a respectful, positive and result-focused manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures all customer requests regarding shipping are met.
• Print pick lists from orders that are waiting to be processed
• Pick products from pick lists
• Package picked products
• Generate lowest cost of shipping via ship station
• Print shipping labels
• Organize all orders in the pick up area
• Schedules freight shipping for large dealer orders
• Maintains daily familiarity with pending open orders in regards to customer requirements and expected ship date
• Simultaneously operates in multiple software systems to prioritize, process, track shipments
• Completes all tasks in a methodical and detail oriented manner. Displays a high-level of self-accountability in their role
• Quickly becomes acclimated to new technology as well as new processes and procedures
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a great attitude
• Is active in daily quality control checks, following process and procedures for ensuring that items are correct before packing and shipping. Submits daily Error reports in compliance with Error Reporting process and procedures
• Supports goals and metrics given by supervisor such as processing time, accuracy and compliance with shipping/packaging requirements
• Labels and secures all outgoing shipments with required documents
• Responsible for weekly Inventory Stock Reporting for packaging material and all shipping supplies
• Responsible for submitting P.O requests for packing shipping supplies
• Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
• Inspects and approves loading operations for freight to ensure compliance with shipping specifications
• Posts weight and shipping charges
• Files shipping documents daily
• Maintains organized, cleanly and safe workplace area (avoiding leaving potential trip or slip hazards in work area)
• Maintains confidentiality in areas such as financials, personnel information, internal departments and dealers
• Clearly and concisely communicates problems that arise with a solution minded attitude
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage
• Familiarity with computer / software technology
• Ability to continually stand, walk, kneel and bend to lift items
• Ability to use both hands and reach with both arms
• Frequently asked to climb or balance
• Occasionally required to lift heavy objects between 50 – 100lbs (or greater when using assistance from a hand truck)
• Frequently exposed to hot/cold weather and outside weather conditions
• Occasionally required to wear protective clothing, including gloves, hardhats, protective eyewear, ear plugs or other items of protective nature
• Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud'
