What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Staff Nurse position at Bladen East Health and Rehabilitation?
Bladen East Health and Rehab in Elizabethtown, NC currently has opening for full-time LPN staff nurse for 7a-7p or 7p-7a shift. Applicant must be able to work every other weekend.
Duties include:
- Assessment of patients by physical examination.
- Supervision of nursing assistants.
- Participation in the care planning process.
- Administration of medications and treatments and documentation in EMAR.
- Communication with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions.
- Documentation of assessments and care in electronic medical record.
- Monitoring of delivery of care to residents.
